*Instructions*

Start by adding a new Inside page to the site, title it for the year & and area of the name list then drag it into place under the Name Lists section of the Tree Program Parent section. Then return to this page and follow the steps below:

1. Click in to the text box below so the text editor appears
2. Select Source (looks like a piece of paper with <> inside)
3. Press CTRL+A to highlight all of the code in the box then press CTRL+C to copy it and click OK on the bottom of the pop up window
4. Go to the New Name List page you created & Click edit (the system will ask you to save your changes before leaving this page but you can just click OK because no changes should have been made to this page)
5. In the new page click on the empty text box and select Source again
6. Press CTRL+V to paste the name list template and click OK 
7. Once that is done just update the Name list title and Copy/Paste the names into each section (alphabetically by last name) into each section of the table 
   • There are 2 columns for each letter so be sure to split the names in half (ex: 153 names = split 77 names on left column 76 on the right column) 
8. Once all the names are added click save
9. Add the Link on the Name Lists Page directory, click save & publish site
