Obituary of Dallen Terrance John Campbell

On Sunday November 16, 2008 in his home in Calgary, Dallen Terrance John Campbell passed away unexpectedly at the age of 17 years. He was born on February 1, 1991 in Calgary and he attended Centennial High School. Dallen is survived by his parents Stacey and Rhonda Campbell: his younger brother Evan Campbell: grandparents and great-grandparents: as well as all of his uncles, aunts, and cousins.
