Obituary of Lisle Lorraine Perkins
It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Lisle Lorraine Perkins at the age of 89 years.
Lisle brought sunshine into other people’s lives. A woman of keen wit, she brought happiness, joy, and laughter wherever she went. Lisle was a beautiful person, inside and out – and until the end, never failed to totally charm all people that met her.
Left to mourn her passing are her husband and life companion, Egerton (Ed) Perkins; her daughters, Judith (Dennis), Linda (Ron), Kathryn (Mike); grandchildren, Terri, Greg, Doug, Chris (Megan) and Kate (Jay); and great-grandchildren, Matthew, Stuart, and Fiona. This year we expect two new great-grandchildren who will have never met their great-grandma. Her younger brother Douglas will also mourn her loss.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at 12:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. The family wants to extend special thanks to the staff at Extendicare Cedars Villa, the staff at Royal Park Seniors Residence, Holy Cross Hospital, and the Rockyview General Hospital for their kindness and concern, above and beyond the call of duty.
