Obituary of Clarice Campbell

Clarice Campbell, Billie to all those who knew and loved her, b. 1910; ninety-four exciting and eventful years. Beloved Wife, revered and marvellous Mother, married to the late Charles Ross Campbell of Calgary, survived by four children Sally Anne, Christopher, William Ross and Judith; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren. Born with the gifts of humour and compassion; survived World War One, fled Hull, graced London stages; took World War Two in stride while raising two of her children during the blitz. Trekked to the Canadian west to join her treasured Rossie, and to the welcoming embrace of the wonderful Campbell Clan of Calgary. Devoted soulmate and loving partner to our Dad. Tireless volunteer worker Daffodil Day, the Cancer Clinic, the United Fund; gracious homemaker who always extended the warmest hospitality to all who came to her home. Following cremation, there will be no funeral or memorial services at Billies express request.
