Obituary of Annette SKINNER

July 1, 1937 – Lucan, County Dublin August 12, 2017 – Calgary, Alberta Annette, beloved wife of John Skinner of Calgary, AB, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2017 at the age of 80 years. Annette was born in “The Grange”, Lucan, Co. Dublin, Ireland on July 1st, 1937. She went to school in Loretta College, Dublin. After marrying the love of her life John in 1959, they lived in Dublin where they raised their two daughters. In 2000 Annette and John immigrated to Calgary, Canada where they retired. Annette will be lovingly remembered her husband John; Gwen (Brendan) O’Toole, their daughter Aideen; and Jackie (Michael) Drury and their children Marc, Ciera and Aiden. She was predeceased by her parents William and Mariah Kirwan, brother Donald and her sister Bernie. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road S.E., Calgary, AB) on Friday, August 18th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountainview Memorial Gardens.
