Obituary of Peggy Patricia ALSTON

October 29, 1927 – Winnipeg, Manitoba April 30, 2017 – Calgary, Alberta Peggy beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on April 30, 2017 at the age of 89 years. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, she met her husband Terry while working at Eaton’s mail order department. They married in 1951 and in early 1952 made Calgary their home. In October 1952 their twin sons Terry and Steve were born, followed by their daughter Patti in 1956. Peggy loved to knit and work in her garden. Peggy is survived by her son Terry (Rosemary); her daughter Patti (Steve); her grandchildren, Steven (Addie), Bryan (Kelli), Jacquelyn (Lucas), Lindsay (Ryan), Lisa, and Stacey (Garrett); and her twelve great-grandchildren. Peggy was predeceased by her loving spouse of 64 years Terry in 2016; and her son Steve in 1980. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
