Obituary of Tracy Lynn WILLIAMSON

March 26, 1967 – Calgary, Alberta December 3, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta Our beautiful Wife, Mother, Daughter, and Sister left us on December 3rd to go home and be with her Lord Jesus, Mother Mary and her Mother Kathy and of course numerous other family who were waiting with open arms to accept Tracy into her eternal resting place. Tracy is survived by her Husband Kelvin, Son Nicholas, Father Howie and Brother Trevor; as well as her bonus Mom Donn and Trevor’s beautiful family of Shyla, Tristan, Kayla, Emma and Tyler, her Aunty Moe and Uncle Joe, Aunty Sheila, Aunties Marion, Kathy, Janice and Ruth and Uncles James and Roy and all of their extended families. Tracy was born on March 26th, 1967 (Easter Sunday) in Calgary but lived most of her life and completed grade school in Cochrane. She also attended Mount Royal College where she received a Certificate in Petroleum Production Accounting. She enjoyed her time as a Ski Instructor at Lyon Mountain in Bragg Creek, and also worked in the Family Business (H. Ash and Assoc.) for many years. Tracy married her husband Kelvin in 1994 and was blessed with the birth of their son Nicholas in 1995. Tracy had very strong ties to her Church and participated in the making of thousands of Rosaries with her Mom, which were sent to developing countries all over the world. In 1993 she led a youth group on a trip to Denver, CO to see the Pope. Tracy was extremely friendly and social and made friends wherever she went, and laughter was her gift to all. She will be fondly remembered by her friends as “Bulldozer” and “Crash Ash” because of her numerous dents and bruises. Tracy was diagnosed with MS in 2000 and has suffered with her disease with unbelievable grace and dignity, and she was accepting of her burden and journey while dedicating her pain and suffering to her Lord and Savior. We are truly blessed to have had her in our lives and would like to thank all who helped her along her journey and took the time to visit, or pass on their good wishes and prayers. The staff at Carewest Garrison Green was very kind and considerate and spoke very highly of her. Many came by to pray with Tracy and wish her well, and they will miss her. May God bless them all. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Catholic Church (East of the James Walker Trail and Highway 22 intersection, Cochrane, Alberta) on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Cochrane.
