CRAIG, William Hugh “Bill” November 27, 1931 – Calgary, Alberta July 1, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta William (Bill) Hugh Craig, beloved husband of Connie of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the age of 83 years. Bill coached minor league baseball and hockey for over 20 years, and inspired many by playing hockey until he was 80 years old. Bill retired as a machinist after 26 years at the University of Calgary. He will be lovingly remembered by his children Bill Jr. (Linda), Darrell (Laurie), Karen (Craig), Michael (May) and grandchildren Gianna and Dylan, as well as his many nieces, nephews and friends. Bill was predeceased by his brother Jim Craig and sisters, Gina Dopson and Isabel Bruce. A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at a later date.
