I am very sorry to hear of Uncle Jims passing. I have very fond memories of him. I had a lot of fun with him in my younger days, he was a great person.
I have just learned of Jim’s passing. I want to offer my sincere condolences. I have many fond memories of our prospecting days in the 50’s.
He was a great man !
I’ll never forget the first time I met Marina and Jim and the family; at their cabin on Mabel Lake. Everything was done to make me feel at home, Jim decided to take us for a walk up the mountain – I was 19, Jim was a little older haha. Half way up I thought I’d pass out- but he grabbed me and made me keep walking. Second wind caught up with me and the view from the top was amazing. I remember at my wedding – when I cried all the way through my vows; embarrassed in the receiving line: Jim said “don’t change Lori” just to make me feel better. He was such a character and smooth talker! He was a great man and I too will miss him!
We extend our most sincere sympathy to you Marina and your entire family upon the loss of your husband. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and you family.
