Obituary of Julius “Otto” DANIELS

Julius “Otto” Daniels of Calgary, AB, left us on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the age of 81 years.

Otto Robert, Ryan Jules, and Ronald Tyler are proud to have been his sons, and his granddaughters Sara and Natasha gave him immense joy.

The many colleagues he had throughout his life always gave him great cheer. During his time as a master culinary chef Otto travelled the world winning medals, trophies, and accolades. He cooked for Queen Elizabeth II, movies stars, and singers but most of all his friends and family. His proudest accomplishment was the teaching of many culinary students throughout his long tenure at SAIT.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Ascension Catholic Church (1100 Berkshire Boulevard N.W., Calgary, AB) on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
