Obituary of Christopher (Chris) Sydney BOLT

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Christopher Sydney Bolt, on Sunday, November 24, 2019, at the young age of 35 years. 

Chris was born in Calgary, AB at the Holy Cross Hospital on November 16, 1984. 

Chris was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and a member of Home Church Calgary. Chris believed Jesus was his homeboy and had a pure love for Christ. He desired the best for everyone and was always able to make anyone laugh. He had a joyful and infectious spirit. 

Chris is survived by his mom Karen Hayes of Calgary, father Mark Bolt of Calgary, best friend Sarah Bird-Guthoerl, grandfather Chris Bolt and Paulette Marsollier of Victoria BC, grandmother Christine Bolt of Calgary, grandma Carole PM Hayes of Calgary, aunts and uncles, Jane Bolt and Mel Zelling, Guido and Valerie Mazza, Norman and Jean Bolt, Ray Hayes, Vance and Tina Folden, John Alesi, Harold Hayes, Laura-Ly Hayes, Hugh Hayes, William Hayes, Yvette Hayes, Thomas Hayes; cousins, Justin Bolt, Matteo and Isabel Mazza, Julena Hayes, Jay and Jasmine Akre, Nathan and Jessica Campbell, Steve and Jocelyn Sellers, Jeff and Amy Turner-Hayes, Jaylene Hayes; as well as many other loving family members. 

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North Calgary, AB) on Thursday, November 28, 2019 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A Celebration of Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Crowfoot, 82 Crowfoot Circle NW, Calgary, AB), on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
