It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jason De Rosa on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the age of 36 years.

Jason was born on June 11, 1983 in Calgary, AB. He created and radiated joy everywhere he went. Jason was happiest surrounded by his family and friends. The love that he showed towards his family and friends was endless. Jason had a passion for listening and singing to music, watching movies (knowing many of them by heart) and he also enjoyed painting and drawing with his “Father”.

Jason leaves behind his sweetheart (Mom) Norma, “Father” Paul, sister and best friend Michelle (Michelley) De Rosa, “Nonna Mimma” Emilia Giustini, aunts and uncles, Josephine De Rosa, Michael (Rachel) De Rosa, Julie (Scott) Jolliffe, Diana Wennerstrom, and Carol Armes; and cousins, Robyn (Greg) Polachuk, Michela De Rosa and Anthony Raftery; as well as numerous great-aunts and uncles, cousins and friends; especially his buddy, Joe Woo.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish (1714 – 14th Avenue N.E., Calgary, AB) on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
