Obituary of Linda KRAHENBIL

September 2, 1955 – Port Arthur, Ontario
February 4, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

Linda Krahenbil (nee Ruutel) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at the age of 64 years.

Linda was born in Port Arthur, ON on September 2, 1955 and moved to Calgary, AB in 1980. She loved music, art, animals and to dance. She will be most remembered for her vivacious personality and positive outlook on life.

Linda is survived by her daughter Vanessa Brennan (nee Ruutel), son Matthew Krahenbil , her son-in-law Chris Brennan, daughter-in-law Niki Kitcher all residing in Calgary, AB; and her four grandchildren, Kayleigh and Liam Brennan of Calgary, AB and Teigan and Aniiyah Som-Krahenbil of Delta, BC.  Linda is also survived by her nephews, Jeremey and Jonathan Glykys; as well as numerous friends. 

Linda was predeceased by her sister Ene Glykys (nee Ruutel), mother Liselotte and father Harry Ruutel.
