Obituary of Nora "Louise" SELLER

Louise Seller, beloved wife of the late Raymond (Ray) Seller of Calgary, AB, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at the age of 94 years. Louise was born in Alix, AB, on November 14, 1925 and graduated from the Hainstock School in rural Olds, AB. Louise stayed home to raise her family and then returned to work as an Insurance adjuster, one of the first few women road adjusters. She was a member of the Y's Menettes, worked for the Welcome Wagon Calgary and enjoyed curling, sewing, and spending time with friends. Louise and Ray traveled extensively which included trips to Fiji, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Pacific, England, Wales, Scotland, United States and Europe.
Louise is survived by her son Gerald (Wendy), daughter Marion (Robert), grandchildren, Jennifer (Kent), Stephanie (Dan), James, Alisha (Miikael), Jocelyn (Kyle), and Bradley (Ashley); and great-grandchildren, Kyle, Jarin, Kalla, Emma, Ryder, Everly, Claire, Logan, and Connor. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond Seller, son Reginald Seller, brothers, Charles (Rose) Richardson and Jack (Jeannine) Richardson; and parents, Dorothy and Frank Richardson.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB), on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
