Obituary of Henry SPIRK

November 17, 1942 – Montreal, Quebec April 11, 2018 – Calgary, Alberta Henry beloved husband of Jennifer Spirk of Calgary, AB, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the age of 75 years. Henry was born and raised in Montreal. He met Jennifer there and they were married June 12, 1964. Their sons were born in Montreal prior to moving to Calgary in 1977. In Calgary, Henry was employed with Quebecor Printing for many years. Following his retirement, Henry continued working part time at Riley’s. Henry was a Cub leader, a block Snow Angel and was always available to help anyone who required assistance. Henry is survived by his loving wife Jennifer (nee Martin), three sons and a daughter-in-law, Steven and Violet, Jim, Phil and a special friend Deb. He was predeceased by his parents Bell and Henry Spirk. A Gathering to remember Henry will be held in the Reception Centre at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road S.E., Calgary, AB) Reception Centre on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
