As a good friend of Trish, my fondest memories of the Grieef family were from the summer of 1990, when Bill and Lucille (the only of my friends parents that let me call him by their first names...) generously (bravely) entrusted us 17-year-olds to live at their cabin at Columbia Lake, while working at nearby Fairmont Resort. They would come up most weekends, and we spent a lot of fun times together. I will remember Bill as a kind, funny and generous man. My heartfelt sympathies to the Grieef family. I hope you are all able to find peace and comfort during this difficult time.
