Obituary of Antonio (Tony) GIALLEONARDO

June 18, 1935 – Fossacesia, Chieti, Italy
June 30, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

With sadness and immense sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved Antonio Gialleonardo on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at the age of 85 years.

Tony and his wife Elena immigrated to Canada in 1958, when he worked at Rolling Mix Concrete for thirty-two years. He retired and resided in Kelowna for twenty- seven years where he enjoyed his gardening and tending to his orchards. Tony loved hunting, fishing and playing cards with his friends.

Antonio will be forever cherished and never forgotten by his wife of sixty-four years, Elena, children, Luciano (Leslie), Sandra (Sergio) Rosica and daughter-in-law Joanne; grandchildren, Anthony, Cory, Frank, Elane, Daniel, Robert, Kyle, Nicholas, Jason and Paolina. He was predeceased by his son Donato, granddaughter, Genna and brothers, Gino, Dominic, Giovanni, Nicola and numerous other family members.
