Aubrey Glass, beloved wife of Richard Glass of Calgary, AB passed away peacefully on Friday, July 31, 2020, after a sudden diagnosis and brief battle with pancreatic cancer, at the age of 85 years.

Aubrey was born in Renous, NB and met the love of her life, Richard at 11 years of age.  They were married on December 30, 1954.

Aubrey had an enjoyable career as an optometric assistant. She also was an active member in the Kinette Club of Calgary. One of her passions was travelling and cruising the world with Richard.   But her greatest passion was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Aubrey always had the ability to make everyone feel right at home, whether it was in Calgary, Mexico, or Palm Springs.  Her home was always open.  Sunday dinners were filled with laughter, love but most of all her homemade stew & dumplings followed by her famous apple pie.

Besides her loving husband, Aubrey is survived by her children, Debbie Aldridge, Dianne Burnand (Peter), Ric Glass (Angela) and Jeff Glass (Laura).  In addition Aubrey has nine grandchildren, Traci Gonzalez (David), David Aldridge (Brittany) , Kyle Steele (Nicole), Sean Burnand (Jennifer), Amy Vansickle (Paul), Sarah Burnand, Ryan Glass (Tara), Kayla Stellar (Ryan) and Tyler Glass; and fourteen great- grandchildren, Camilo, Eliana, Brooks, Spencer, Isla, Clayton, Carson, Addison, Britton, Marcus, Emmett, Madyson, Donovan, and Victor.   Aubrey is also survived by her sisters, Glenna Taylor (Arlie) and Linda Coughlan (Beaton), her brother Borden Underhill (Sharon) and her brother-in-law Beaton Gilks.  She was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Susan Underhill, her sister Lola Gilks and son-in-law Geoffrey Aldridge.
