Obituary of Charlene Diapana CASILA

April 22, 1993 – Maragusan, Davao del Norte February 22, 2018 – Calgary, Alberta Charlene beloved wife of Mardoni Luy of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the age of 24 years. Charlene was strong in her faith and was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She worked as a sales lady, medical assistant, daycare manager and a nurse. She loved children which is why she loved to work at the daycare. She enjoyed ice skating, downhill skiing, loved bowling, watching Korean and Filipino movies and Loved listening to K-pop music. Cha will be remembered as a beautiful, loving and strong woman who loved life to the fullest. Her motto was “Life is beautiful”. She will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know her. Besides her loving husband, Mardoni, Cha is survived by her mother, Florencia D. Casila; her brother and partner, Robert Casila and Cheryl, of Maragusan, Philippines; sister and brother-in-law, Floradel and Reynaldo Alebio of Calgary; her brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Wella Casila of Butuan City, Philippines; her sister and brother-in-law, Mirasol and Gerry Libaton of Mati Philippines; her brother and sister-in-law, Robelito and Retchemie Casila of Tag-ugpo, Philippines; her brother and sister-in-law, Ronie and Shiela Casila of Davao City, Philippines; her brother and sister-in-law, Richie and Daya Casila of Tag-ugpo, Philippines; her brother and sister-in-law, Roland and Bienne Casila of Calgary; her brother Frederic Casila of Calgary; her nephews, Leodric Jmz, Cedric, Alex, Zander, Ace and Nathan; nieces, Jyra Sofia, Emerald, Reagrace and Erin. Cha was predeceased by her father Federico Casila.
