Obituary of Rose Marie DALE

Rose Marie Dale, of Airdrie, Alberta, passed away peacefully in Calgary on Monday, August 24, 2020 at the age of 83 years.

Marie married Arthur Gordon Dale on May 5, 1956 at Stauffer, Alberta. She and Gordon were very active in the Sweet Adeline’s Chinook Winds Show Chorus and Barbershop Men’s Chorus. Marie had just received an award for her 50 year membership. She was head of the costume committee for many years.

She was predeceased by her husband Gordon in 2010. Marie is survived by four sisters and one brother; Edna Hulgaard, Bruce (Muriel) Beach, Phyllis Cole, Beth (Max) Yakimishyn, Myrtle (Paul) Fradette, two sisters-in-law Gladys Dale and Jean Dale a brother-in-law Gerald Dale, as well as several nieces and nephews including her very special niece and nephew; Lara Yakimishyn and Travis (Maizie) Yakimishyn.
