Obituary of Carolyn Marie KELTER

On Saturday, September 5, 2020, our beloved Carolyn Marie Kelter at the age of 17, left his earth to be free from her tired body after an exhausting, brave battle with cancer.  She was surrounded by her loving family and friends right to the very end of her courageous fight.  

Her amazing will to live accompanied by her incredible sense of humor made her journey a shining example of true strength for all who knew her.  We are truly saddened that the world will never get to see how far her impressive artistic talents would have taken her; she was destined for true greatness. 

She leaves to mourn in her loss, her mother and father, Tim and Angela Kelter; her brother Tyson; great-grandmother Irene Bernard; grandfather Garry Elliott; grandparents Tom and Connie Kelter; aunts, uncles and cousins, Lyle and Lindy Fee (Tyler and Brooklyn), Gordon Kelter, Darren and Shanyn Fischer (Oona, Remmy, Owen, and Theo), Corey and Candace Fischer; the love of her life Zion Wiebe; and far more family and friends to mention. 

A Celebration of Carolyn’s Life will be held at Bowness Park (8900 48 Ave NW, Calgary, AB) on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. This event will be by invitation only due to COVID-19 restrictions. A follow-up event will be held between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. for a walkthrough of the park and video sharing.
