Obituary of Aran John BURKE

March 15, 1978 – Brandon, Manitoba

September 10, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta
 

Aran Burke went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the age of 42 years.

Aran spent his early childhood in Manitoba and then his family moved to Calgary where he went to school graduating from Senator Patrick Burns High School.  Aran was very active in hockey, soccer, and always had a passion for cars which led him into mechanics. 

In 2008 Aran received a miracle from God when his son Avan was born.  Aran loved his boy with all of his heart and was Avan’s hero and best friend, family was a priority in his life.  He will always be known for his giving heart, sense of humour, going above and beyond in helping people in whatever he did. Aran had a gift of making people feel like they belonged and know that they were important.

Aran is survived by his son Avan; his mother and stepfather Shirley and Rick Robson; his sister, Tara Burke; two stepbrothers and sisters-in-law, Tyler and Stephanie Robson and Laine and Kristen Robson, all of Calgary.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews Taylor, Ethan, Harper, Patrick, Levi, Charlie, Quinn and many other relatives and friends.
