Obituary of Dale ANDERSON

January 19, 1943 – Didsbury, Alberta

September 15, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

Norman “Dale” Anderson, beloved husband of Judy Anderson (nee Watson), of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at the age of 77 years.

Dale was born in Didsbury, AB, on January 19, 1943. He moved to Spirit River, AB, at a young age and eventually found his way back to Calgary, AB. Dale married Judy Watson on July 25, 1987 in Kalispell, Montana. He was a member of the Legion in Pincher Creek, AB, and Kimberly, BC. Dale had a love for hunting, fishing and sitting by the camp fire. We can’t forget the odd beverage and a knack for finding (and being the life of) a party. His favourite saying was “Yeah Right.” He will be most remembered for his smile and the twinkle in his eye.

Besides his loving wife Judy, Dale is survived by his two sons, Daryl, and Kelly (Nikki) of Valleyview, AB; stepson Donnie; five grandchildren, Chanelle, Zack, Darion, Jaiden, and Evan; and three great-grandchildren. Dale is also survived by his two sisters, Annabelle and Jean.
