Obituary of Rulalynska Eveleah HOLLOWAY

Rulalynska Eveleah Holloway, was called home by our Creator on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the age of 42 years. 

Rula was a kind, quiet, humble and humorous person.  She grew up learning traditional values and was very proud of her culture. She received her education at Springbank School. She was employed at the Chiniki Restaurant in her younger years, as well as the Chiniki administration office. Rula was a fan of numerous sports, especially rodeo, hockey and football.

Rulalynska is survived by her son Malik, mother Carol Crawler, and her granddaughter Zoey.  She is also survived by her uncle Martin (Vera) Rider, her five aunties, Irene B., Martha, Irene C. (Donny), Maxine, and Colleen Brown; along with numerous cousins and relatives. We apologize if we have missed anyone.

Rulalynska was predeceased by her father Budd, her two brothers, Conridge and Monty; and her common-law husband Faron Powderface. She was also predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Alma Crawler and Joe Brown; her maternal grandparents, Isaiah Rider and Tina Holloway (Wildman); her aunties, Rhonda Holloway, Georgie Chiniquay (MacDonald), Violet Rider (Kenneth E), Deana and Julie; and her uncles, Ferlin Crawler and Billy Ear.
