Condolences
Randy was my 2nd cousin, who I knew from birth. Living a great distance away, I only saw him on a few occasions. As a toddler he had big blue eyes and white-blond hair, and looked like one of God’s angels on earth. Through the years I recognized his special challenges, but was also delighted to witness his enthusiastic response to music. His father, my cousin Lorne, and his mother Hilda were the most devoted, faithful and loving parents I have ever known. Despite the enormous challenge of caring for Randy, and enduring a multitude of set-backs and scares , they dedicated themselves to the task of providing him with the greatest love and care. You were a lucky boy Randy. R.I.P.
Hilda and Lorne:
My deepest sympathies for you and your family. I often think of Randy and his time on unit 200. And I always think of all the time you made in your life to be with Randy. You could tell he always enjoyed your presence.
We are saddened to hear of your loss. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
Lorne and Hilda,

Hilda and Lorne: My deepest condolences on the loss of Randy. Your family set such an example of faith, hope, and love. The photo of the lake, positioned beside the picture of Randy that you have in the obituary notice, makes me think of the promise in Psalm 23, “He leadeth me beside still waters; he restoreth my soul.” God has surely provided a heavenly resting place for Randy, just as the Psalm says, “I shall dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.”
Hilda and Lorne: My dearest condolences to you both on the loss of your son.
Randy was a bright spot on 2nd floor especially when he would sing. My earliest remembrance was when he wheeled himself right up to the piano and sing before chapel. (years ago)
May our precious Jesus comfort you during this time and grant you His perfect peace.
Lorne and Hilda,
Saddened to hear of Randy’s passing. Our heartfelt condolences.
