Obituary of Mona Louise PISCIA (nee Trottier)

December 27, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

With broken hearts we sadly announce the gentle passing of Mona Louise Piscia, loving mother to her three children, wife to Melvin and daughter to Henry and Gurli. 

Mona worked as an accountant throughout her career after a short stay at the Hudson Bay Company. Mona is well remembered by all for all the knitting she did for anyone who expressed interest or was having a baby. Bridge was a huge part of her social life and she spent many hours with her friends at the Red Deer Bridge Club. She loved both of her homes in Red Deer and was surrounded by their beauty. 

Mona is survived by her son Mario (Mary Anne) of Cherhill, Alberta and their family; her daughter Melanie of Victoria, British Columbia and her family; and her daughter Marilyne of Calgary, Alberta and her family.
