Barbara Otter of Calgary, AB passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at the age of 83 years.

Our mother worked hard all her life, until she was in the hospital. She worked for the Tsuu’tina Nation for many, many years. She also worked in various departments, Committee Board Member and Social Worker. Her special gift was helping people with addictions, day or night; she would get up to help anyone. Barbara was a very KIND, HUMBLE, CARING Earth Angel. She NEVER turned anyone away, or judged anyone she always had kind words for people. Her smile could brighten up a room. There is so much to say about our Mother, her legacy goes on and on thru us. She loved us all. It was an honour to share Mom with you and we know you all loved her too.
