Obituary of Meredith Ann HELGESON (nee Campbell)

May 19, 1954 – Gimli, Manitoba
January 19, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta

Born a prairie gal, died a prairie gal. Meredith leaves behind her husband of 43 years Ted Helgeson, her five siblings, Elizabeth, Cynthia, Colin, Sheila and Owen; and a plethora of family and friends across Canada and the world.
 
Meredith was a life long learner, taught quilting in Calgary for 35 years, was the family historian and loved life.
 
At Meredith’s request, there will be no funeral. Instead, she asks that in her memory, you perform a random act of kindness to a stranger.
