Condolences
My heartfelt condolences to all the family and friends of Colleen…gone from this earthly plane far too soon and too young. Rest in Peace and ease, Colleen.
Thinking of you all,
Lorie Simms
I did not have the pleasure of knowing Colleen, but having attended her celebration today, I feel I have a sense of her. She was obviously much loved by her family and friends, will be greatly missed, and very fondly remembered. My sincere condolences to all who are missing her.
To the Fullen Family

To the Fullen family,
My deepest condolences to all of you on Colleens passing.
I can remember your family of years ago when you lived on our farm at New Norway. I babysat all of you at one time and remember your Mom & Dad very well.
I hope all is well with all of you and if you’re ever in the area please stop in for a visit.
So sorry for your loss Fullen Family. Was so good to speak to Colleen by phone this past fall at the cabin with the girls. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rest in peace my friend. Such good memories.

Hope you can find some comfort in knowing Colleen touched a lot of hearts over the years, and she will always be fondly remembered.
Dear Fullen Family,
My name is Kathy Haugen, I grew up in Camrose and was better know then as Kathy Person. I too was deeply saddened when I learned of Colleen’s passing. Colleen and I were in the same grade throughout school. I have such dear and fond memories of time spent together, with Colleen along with Verona and Norine – whether at our house or your duplex on Grand Drive. I have been back in Camrose since ‘87, and think of Colleen everytime I drive by that duplex.
I last saw Colleen at our 25th high school reunion, when she surprised me by running up behind me and holding her hands over my eyes, making me guess who was there!
I hold your family dear, as you played a very special part in my childhood. I always had such fun and felt so very welcomed in your home.
My sincere thoughts and sympathies to you all
xoxo
I was so sad to hear about Colleen we went to school together in Camrose and she was the funniest person who once you became friends it was for life. I have so many memories of Colleen the last time we were together was at our 25 year reunion. My thoughts are with all of you.
Oh, my friend, I was sooooo looking forward to spending time and sharing old stories with you again. Knowing this won’t happen makes me sad, but I am saddest that we won’t get the chance to create NEW stories (legendary stories!), mi amiga. Thank you for the (many) years of friendship you gave me. Thank you for teaching me how not to judge others in our shared circles, even as they went out of their way to hurt me. Thank you for the remarkable creativity you shared with me. Thank you for the tears that rolled down my cheeks, not from sadness, but from the unfiltered, unfettered laughter we shared when we connected, whether at an AGT “business lunch”, supporting live musicians and artists, planting garlic in rich black soil, couch crashing and cider tasting in my home (or my garage!), or exploring the mountains and valleys and music events in BC. You left us far too young, m’lady, and there is a hole in the lives of the people you touched that will be difficult to fill. Be at peace, be at rest, and KNOW you were truly loved, Colleen. (many hugs and condolences to all of Colleen’s family)
It was with great sadness to hear of Colleen’s passing. Our Love and thoughts are with the family during this most difficult time. She was very special and will be missed. xo

My thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends at this time. Blessed Be.

Colleen my friend. I am so missing you already. We have been friends for 30 years and it has ended much too soon. Thank you for welcoming into your family and introducing me to all including Martin and other friends. For all of you I send nothing but love and heartfelt condolences.
Colleen was a beautiful and unique gem!! – not to mention could turn a junk yard into a diamond mine, somehow always seeing far greater creations than I could have imagined.
No one would ever be left out of her life no matter what their lifestyle, religion or race and for that I am privileged to have been a part of and learned from.
Thank you girl for the many conversations, tears, beers, laughter and fun – not always in that order. You were always there for me, provided support and listened. Your stories, although sometimes lengthy, seemed to end with some form of lesson learned.
You will always have a place in my heart, continue to be around me in spirit, until we meet again my dear friend be at peace.
Maggie
My sympathies to the Fullen family on your loss. Colleen was good people, always friendly and willing to converse. She will be missed by all.
Condolences to family and friends on the passing of a long time friend Colleen. Although our connection has been far and few between over the years, good memories often come to mind..putting a smile on my face..or a giggle. ‘Oh that Colleen’ a much beloved phrase shared by those who loved you dearly. RIP my friend
Awe Doctor… :(
Both Greg and I were looking forward to seeing you and welcoming you home.
You left us all far too soon. We will remember you with for all of your “Colleenisms”, your wonderful humour and sense of fun, but most especially for “Fullen Time”. You danced to the beat of your own drummer, forced us all to slow down and appreciate life and each other, and we wouldn’t have had it any other way!
Thinking of all of you

My Thoughts and Prayers are with the Fullen family and friends. Our paths had not met for quite some time, but the memories, great times from the past, will never be forgotten. I am sure Karen will be the first in line to greet you. RIP my friend, until we meet again.

My deepest sympathies to all those who knew and loved Colleen.
The Prayer of St. Francis is running through my mind today:
Make me a channel of Your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me bring Your love,
where there is injury, Your pardon, Lord,
and where there’s doubt, true faith in You.
Make me a channel of Your peace.
Where there’s despair in life, let me bring hope,
where there is darkness, only light,
and where there’s sadness, ever joy.
Oh Master, grant that I may never seek
so much to be consoled as to console,
to be understood, as to understand,
to be loved, as to love with all my soul.
Make me a channel of Your peace.
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
in giving to people that we receive,
and in dying that we’re born to eternal life.
