I am saddened by Jeanette's sudden passing.
We were planning to meet for coffee to catch up and I was hoping to have her over to my new condo. Sadly, co vid did not allow for either of those events to happen.
Jeanette was a woman of few words, but a heart of gold and a very loyal, hardworking and honest employee.
In the 7 years I managed 2 Coop sites, Jeanette was a true helper to me in keeping the one site organized and running smoothly.
Jeanette was eager to learn new tasks to help me keep ahead of my duties.
I will never forget the flood in Calgary. Many employees were unable to get to work, but with Jeanette living so close, she ran the store for over 12 hours by herself.
I was truly amazed by her generosity and loyalty to the company. That was not an easy feat. She was alone and busy, as many customers could not go to local grocery stores.
That was one of many stories.
She always had a small xmas gift for all employees and made sure a card was given to me when I left the site.
I treasure the gifts that Jeanette has knitted for me over the years.
You will be so missed Jeanette. Rest in peace dear lady, you deserve that after all your caring for others.
Condolances to David, Bob, Jamie and Tom. I feel like I know you all from all the stories I've heard of you and your children.
Your Mom will not be forgot
Warmest regards
Vicki Graham
