Obituary of Marlene Faye ILES

April 15, 1943 – Davidson, Saskatchewan
March 29, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta

Marlene Iles of Calgary, AB passed away on March 29, 2021 at the age of 77 years. 

Marlene was born in Davidson, SK on April 15, 1943. She moved to Calgary, AB as a young child and grew up in the community of Bowness, where she later also raised her family.

Marlene accomplished much through her life and was particularly proud of her family. She loved to listen to music and she enjoyed ballroom dancing. She and her husband raised a wonderful family.  Their patience, love and support were so helpful to her during difficult times in her later life. 

Marlene is survived by her three sons, Marshall (Kathleen), Kevin, and Patrick (Jocelyne); three daughters, Beverley (Brian Ingelson), Cindy, and Jody (Henry Mew); fifteen grandchildren, Sean, Matthew, William, McCrae, McCol, Steffanie, Dalton, Jordon, Alexander, Liam, Kieran, Nathanial, Jacob, Psalm-Jeneah, Geanna, and Antonius; and two great-grandchildren, Lane and Liam. She is also survived by her sister Linda (Rick Preston).

Marlene was predeceased by her husband Talbot Arnot Iles, parents, Eileen Marion and John Milton Marshall, and her brother Gary Marshall.
