Obituary of Terry (Taw) Dennis HOUSE

April 4, 2021 – Morley, Alberta

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Terry “Taw” House, our beloved father, grandpa, son, brother, uncle, brother-in-law, and friend, on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at the age of 52 years old. 

Taw was a very quiet and compassionate person, always smiling and respectful of everyone he met. His door was always open for anyone. In his early years he competed in the sport of rodeo as a bareback and bull rider. He also played fastball with his team Morley A’s and Morley Blues. He was also a gifted artist. 

He is survived by his children, Jovita (Cameron), Blair (Fernando), Tyree (MJ), Teenan (Jasmin), and Taylin; his five grandkids, Mesa, Arrow, Claudia, Giovanni, and Oyniah; parents, Jeff and Evelyn; siblings, Linda, Sandra, Evan (Margaret), Roxanne (Rufus), Tracey (Juke), Keon, Jason, Bowen, Ladan (David); two special nephews, Dennis (Crystal) and Tason; two special Princesses, Oyniah and Tanique; special cousin he grew up with Leto (Cindy); aunties, Barbara and Virginia; uncles, Brian and Tater; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, many friends and his four legged companion Houston House. The family apologizes if we have missed anyone.

Taw was predeceased by his special niece Tylena House, aunties, Margaret Hunter and Brenda Hunter; grandmothers, Cora House, Flora Hunter; cousin Darren “Smaggie” Hunter, and his four-legged companion Winston Wildman.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Cochrane, 369 Railway Street, Cochrane, AB), on Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Cochrane, 369 Railway Street, Cochrane, AB), on Friday April 9, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Wesley Cemetery (Morley, AB). A drive-thru feast will be held at the residence. All Covid safety protocols will be followed.
