Obituary of Sandra Crowchild

March 24, 1958 – April 5, 2021

A great light has gone out in the universe, and it is with great sadness and happiness to say that Sandra Nemiya Crowchild has passed on to her next journey from this life on Monday, April 5, 2021 at the age of 63 years.

Sandra was a one of a kind amazing mother and a phenomenal second to none daughter. Sandra worked as hard as many men and out worked most. Sandra was an elite track and field and Basketball athlete while still being gorgeous and winning Ms. Indian Princess. She was then asked to showcase her beauty and represent her family and her nationality in the ROSEBOWL. Sandra was a true horse whisperer and best friend to them. She was also a professional barrel racer. Sandra was a very accomplished businesswomen and extremely successful Rancher while still being tough enough to be a professional stunt-women in Hollywood films. While being all of this Sandra never forgot her roots and was still humble enough to give you the clothes off her back if you needed them and the last dollar in her wallet if you were hungry. Sandra had so many accomplishments and dreams in her life, but she saved her greatest love and passion for being the greatest daughter a mother could ask for and the greatest mother a son could ask for. Sandra left behind a great legacy and has touched the hearts of so many people in this world.

Sandra was a rare gift to this world. She is survived by her loving son Shane and Shane’s fiancé Michelle whom she loved. Sandra was predeceased by her mother Violet Nemiya Crowchild and father Rufus Goodstriker.
