Obituary of Betty Bernice KROON

February 9, 1932 – Nanton, Alberta November 12, 2017 – Calgary, Alberta Betty beloved wife of Harris Magnus Kroon of Calgary, AB, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the age of 85 years. Betty was born and raised on a Southern Alberta farm. After moving to the city she worked for Texaco and Fluor Daniel. She lived a happy, interesting, productive, fulfilling life, which included world travel and a short period living in Shanghai, China. She was an amazing woman who lived an extraordinary life, filled with special moments which we all could only imagine experiencing ourselves. She will be greatly missed by all of us. Besides her loving husband of sixty-three years, Harris, Betty is survived by her three sons and two daughters-in-law, Gary, Norman and Maryanne and Morgan and Zhenni; her two grandsons, Michael and Jacob; and two granddaughters Jenna and Tori.
