Obituary of Marlene Anita TUCKER (nee Kerr)

June 3, 1937 – Beiseker, Alberta
April 27, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with great sadness that the family of Marlene Anita Tucker of Calgary, AB announce her peaceful passing, with Peggy at her side, on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the age of 83 years. 

Marlene enjoyed a long career with the Calgary Board of Education, retiring after twenty-nine years. She made many friends there over the years. Marlene was a White Hat at YYC, greeting and assisting many travellers during her many years of volunteering there. She also volunteered at Heritage Park and was a dedicated CWL member at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, which she enjoyed so much. 

Marlene is survived by her niece Peggy and her husband Al Jullien, and long time personal friend Karen Mackie. She is an aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt. Marlene is also survived by many friends.

Marlene was predeceased by her husband Vallance Clifford Tucker in 2008, daughter Sharlene and son Cody.
