Condolences
We were so sorry to hear of June’s passing. We have so many fond memories of June especially from our bowling days. I was just looking at a cow she made for me back in 1999. She knew how much I loved cows and surprised me with what is now one of my most favourite possessions. It’s sits over my kitchen window and brings a smile to my face every time I look at it. I know she was so happy to be back close to her family, you received a rare gift to have her in your lives for so many years. Our heartfelt sympathies to you all.
So very sorry to hear of your Mom's sudden passing. I had talked to her about a month or so ago: she was very happy to be near all of her family and even said her lungs were doing pretty good. She also phoned me on the Friday and from what Gail told me, she was in hospital. I feel so bad I missed her call. June was such a kind lady, always smiling, always so helpful, she had such empathy for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed her company, whether playing cards or going for lunch with other members of the seniors club. She was very proud of all her family: her own children, sons in law, nieces, nephews, grand kids and great grands. I feel your grief and loss. She will be missed. I am glad to have known her.
