Condolences
i am so very sad to hear of Walters passing. Even though I have not seen Walter in a long time he was instrumental in helping me understand the world of business and I will never forget some of the words he gave me as a young person. The family should be proud of this lovely and humble man that Walter was. god speed

Sorry to hear this he was a wise man and took pride in his work. Rest In Peace my friend
Walter was a huge help in my business. I came to him green and he guided me along. Made sure I stayed the correct course and didn’t go to the dark side. I will miss his funny stories and lectures. The world isn’t the same any more, truly it has lost a good one.

My condolences to the Winkler family. Walter was a wealth of knowledge in so many areas. I enjoyed the many conversations we had on a wide range of topics over the years. It was my pleasure having known him.
Dear Winkler family,
I was so very shocked and saddened to see that your dear Walter had passed away, and my deepest sympathy goes to you all. I have known Walter for the last few years as we took care of our loved ones, often sharing lunchtime and stories together with Gisela and my mom. I especially enjoyed his lively participation in music time, and he would frequently get Gisela up and dancing. He was so spry, intelligent, witty, loving, devoted, and caring. Gisela couldn’t have chosen a better man to be her partner in life. In a place where meaningful conversation can be limited, I found his views and stories to be inspiring, engaging, and a nice reprieve. I will miss him greatly and I don’t think I’m alone in feeling his absence. I will miss the twinkle in his eye, his infectious smile, his laugh, his gentle voice, and especially the way he loved Gisela and supported everyone. He was a true gentleman. Sending you all much love and sympathy.
