Patricia Tetz (nee Wald), beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother of Aspen Lodge Calgary of Alberta, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the age of 92 years.

 

Patricia was born in Beiseker, Alberta on August 5, 1929. She moved to Calgary in 1979 and worked at United Way until she retired. She was also an original volunteer for the White Hatters at the Calgary Airport.

 

Patricia loved all sports, she was an avid curler, loved fishing and camping. She especially loved watching when her boys played hockey and baseball. She shared her love of German cooking with her daughters and daughters-in-law and friends.

 

She is survived by her sons Barry (Linda) and Greg; daughters Brenda (Doug), Bev and Tish (Johnny); and daughter-in-law Cherie; eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

 

Patricia was predeceased by her husband Otto in 1983, and her companion Murray in 2013, she is also predeceased by her son Brian “Doc”.

 

A service will be arranged for a future date.

 

The family would like to thank the staff of Silvera Aspen Lodge and at Unit 36 Foothills Hospital for their support and kindness.
