Obituary of Steve Eric Rawcliffe

September 27, 2021 - Airdrie, Alberta

Steve Rawcliffe, beloved husband of Beverley Rawcliffe (née Geib), passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021 at the age of 72 years.

Steve was born in Preston, England on January 21, 1949. He immigrated to Canada in 1952. Steve married Beverley in 1970, and enjoyed 51 beautiful years together.

Besides his loving wife, Steve is survived by his brother Wayne (Henry), his two daughters, Serena (Graham) and Anya (Colin); his son Rob (Nina), daughter-in-law Maaike, as well as his ten grandchildren, Dana, Parker, Katie, Lauren, Beckham, Issy, Keegan, Liam, Ella and Maya. Steve was predeceased by his son Steven, and his parents, Eric and Hilda.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB) on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. 

Private Funeral Mass will be held, on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 11:00am Family and friends are invited to view the service streamed live at https://youtu.be/Z3UYsR-tStQ  on the day of the service.

In living memory of Steven Rawcliffe, a tree will be planted in the Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area by McInnis & Holloway Funeral Homes, Airdrie, 300 Towerlane Drive, Airdrie, AB T4B
