Obituary of Carol Ann Potvin

Carol Ann Potvin, beloved wife of Kevin Diffley of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021, at the age of 77 years.

Carol Ann was born in Toronto, ON on November 28, 1943. Carol Ann’s career led her to worked for major companies in the United States before moving back to Canada in 2011 and settling in Calgary, AB.

Carol Ann and Kevin met at the Royal Canadian Legion and enjoyed eight years of each other’s company, time Kevin will always cherish.

Besides her loving husband, Kevin, Carol Ann is survived by her nephews, Kyle and Andy Berlino; and her special friends Beth and Donna as well as many friends at Legion 285 Jubilee. Carol Ann was predeceased by her first husband, John Check. 

Funeral Services will be held Royal Canadian Legion Centennial Branch 285 (9202 Horton Road S.W., Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. Those attending will be asked to confirm one of the following, (A) COVID vaccination (date requested), OR (B) a negative COVID test (within 72 hours), OR (C) Medical exemption AND valid government identification (with name & date of birth) OR (D) Under 12 years of age.
