Condolences
Sorry to hear of Ken's passing and our condolences go out to his family. Ken and I were close buddies an our later years of school and for a couple years after when our lives took us in different directions. I had the transportation and he always shared with expenses. We fished and toured around often. I know his entire family enjoyed his presence. We haven't crossed paths for years and miss that. He will be missed by many.

My deepest condolences to Lee, Michelle and Jackie. I’m so sorry for your loss. Your house was a second home to my sisters and I. So many great memories were made in that house. The memories of your dad make me look back on our childhood and remember all the fun times, the adventures and that very warm smile he always had. Michelle, I remember a particular camping trip when we came back to your amping spot and we were out of breath and grabbed what we thought was a glass of coke on the picnic table, that was the grossest coke we ever tasted! At this very difficult time I hope you can find solace in knowing that his kindness and love will continue to be remembered always.
On behalf of myself & my sisters our deepest sympathies to all of the Kirk families. Sincerely the Edwards Family from Longview - Carolyn Stogre, Jean Janzen, Sharon (Gord) Parker & Judy Cheesman

It’s was a pleasure to meet your Grandfather at the rink where our girls played their AAA hockey games! He was a great supporter of all you kids did! I know it hasn’t been an easy road for him, but your family had given him a smile and a reason to stay so resilient! I know you have been thru a lot, Covid wasn’t easy and time away from him was incredibly hard! Thank you Nick for being your moms advocate , and for being With grampa over this last few weeks!I know that gives your mom great comfort to have had you there! Take care of each other, tell lots of stories and share a celebration of this wonderful man in the days, months and years to come! He loved you all so much!
My deepest sympathies to Lee, Michelle, Jackie and the extended family and friends that will feel the loss of Ken. I have many fond memories spending time in the “Kirk Home” in Canyon Meadows growing up. At that time, Ken worked out of town and would come home during his time off. I can recall the excitement when he would come through the front door after being away. It was clear how much he was missed, how happy the kids were to have him home and how much he missed his family. Over the years, I only spent small pieces of time with Ken, but knowing him was more through the stories, love and admiration that spilled out from Jackie whenever she spoke about her dad. I know he was a proud and loving man who grounded himself in integrity and his family. The important things that will always live on in all of you and in the memories you have of him. For me, I will forever remember Mr. Kirk coming through that door with that unforgettable smile :)
