So sad to hear this news of the passing of Lloyd. Lots of fine memories playing on the same hockey team and our trip to the Montreal Forum with my brother Perry back in the early 70’s. Thoughts and prayers are with all of the family.

Very sorry to hear of Lloyds passing, grew up and went to school with Lloyd in Mount Pearl.RIP Winnie
My heart is with you Rosaria and all of your family at this very sad time. My heart is also with Lloyds sister Deanne. I know this is difficult for her as well. In looking at Lloyd’s Facebook pages today I can see you have some very special memories which I know you will cherish for the rest of your life. I hope those memories give you strength and a little happiness as you reminisce. Lloyd was also very special to our family. When he left Wesleyville with his mother, after his father died he lived with us for quite some time. My mother and father loved him as their own. When I was born Lloyd lived with us as my brother. I loved him very much. Over the years I have spent time with Lloyd when he visited Newfoundland. He remained kind, and compassionate throughout the years. He came to Newfoundland and stayed with his ‘Aunt Ruby’ and ‘Uncle Stu’ when my father was very ill just before he passed away. If you could have seen the joy he brought my parents at that time you would have been so proud. He visited again when his ‘Aunt Ruby’ passed away. She would have been so happy to know he came for her. She loved him. I just want you to know that Lloyds Newfoundland family loved him very much and will miss his laughter, his jokes, his stories and his love. I wish you all peace and strength to help you through this difficult time.
