Condolences
Dear Isabelle & Family,
I'm very saddened to hear of the passing of Mike. I will always remember the fun my sister Laura and I had visiting you both in the big city (Calgary) as little girls when visiting our grandparents in Banff. I specifically remember lots of visits to the Italian grocery stores for delicious goodies! I also remember what a loving fur dad he was to Buddy. Such a lucky pup! I will miss Mike and so appreciated the gentle kindness he always exuded. I am sending you and your family my deepest condolences. Love: Teresa Cameron & Family
Dear Isabelle, Dominic and Tony,
We are so sad to hear of the passing of our dear cousin Michael. He was a very kind and generous person who always went out of his way to help others. We will miss him greatly and will remember all the good times we shared with him and his family.
Wishing you loving memories to forever hold in your heart and comfort for the days ahead.
Much love,
MICKIE & BILL
Dear Isabelle,
It is very rare to come across people who make amazing friends. Lynn and I feel really fortunate to have you and Mike as friends. On his demise, we would like to express our sincere sympathies.
I still remember when we moved into your neighborhood in Wynndel 14 years ago. I never for a moment thought that the man I saw walking his little Jack Russell terrier every day would become my best friend. You and Mike were both so warm to us.
I miss our coffee breaks and our personal conversations. These were some of my most memorable times.
Mike always looked for the best in others and gave the best of himself in everything he did. I so appreciated him helping me paint my garage and workshop, his tips on growing grapes. And all the bountiful garlic, cherries, walnuts, spinach and grapes from your garden.
His sense of fun was infectious. He lifted everyone’s spirits. I still remember you both showing us how to make homemade sausage in our workshop, how to barbecue the best steak, how to make Panetone bread pudding for Christmas.
He had a special way with animals and our dogs “Big Bud” and “Daisy” loved him. When I think of Mike, I envision myself looking down the road to see him walking with his faithful friend “Little Bud.” When I think of “Little Bud” I think of Mike. Now I see them again together walking down the road. God bless you Mike. God bless you Bud.
My life is immeasurably enriched for having known you, Mike. You will be loved and remembered always.
Isabelle, you will remain in our prayers. May God give you strength to recover from your sorrow. Lynn and I think about our times together often, and that helps keep Mike part of our lives forever. Our love and thoughts are with your family at this very difficult time.
Friends forever,
John and Lynn Bogner
