Obituary of Charlotte Norma Stangl

May 4, 2022 - Calgary, Alberta

Charlotte Stangl beloved wife of Herbert Stangl, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the age of 90 years.

She was a member of the German Canadian Club of Calgary, where she spent lots of time with the mixed German Choir. She was also a member of the Association of Spiritual Healers of Alberta (ASHA) and the real estate girls’ group.

She will be remembered for her love of family, German culture and classical music.

Besides her loving husband, Charlotte is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Diane Martin and Ward, her son Brian Rich; her grandchildren, Sarah and Shane; her stepson and his wife, Joerg Stangl and Patricia; and her step-grandson Christoph.

Charlotte is also survived by her sister Rosemarie Enslin; her brother George Enslin and his wife Joyce; her niece Karen Enslin; as well as numerous friends.

A Celebration of Charlotte's Life will be held at the German Canadian Club (218 37th Ave NE, Calgary, AB) on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.
