Condolences
My Sincere Condolences to the families, many memories came flooding of my cousn shane back in the old morley community day school late 70s and early 80s. Shane was always a kind hearted person with out judgement, his compassion to others was uplifting. A life lived to the fullest, a peaceful rest in heaven taking his place amongst family before him. God has gained another angel, we will miss him here on earth but will rejoice with him again beyond the vail. God Bless'
RIP Cousin Shane'
Shane was a super athlete. Once a month we took a bus load of students to Lloyd’s for roller skating. Shane could skate fast and go up on his back wheels and turn on a dime. In school he loved games and played sports like he had played them all his life. It was easy to schedule games against other schools because I knew we would be competitive. Shane could his own against anyone. Also I coached Shane in Pee Wee hockey. As a player he did it all. He played both ends of the rink. He could score, set up plays and back check. He never missed practice or games. He was a player I could count on. Everyday we played floor hockey in the old band hall at a feverish pace at noon hour. Most of all Shane had a great sense of humour. I can think of countless times that after talking to him for 15 minutes I would walk away chuckling to myself about what he said to me. I definitely will miss you Shane and feel proud to be your coach, and teacher. May you Rest In Peace.
