Gary, Leif, Jenna, Lara, and family.
We are extremely saddened by the passing of Louella. She had that vibrant personality that lit up a room, and one that let you know she would be fun to be friends with.
Louella was a true leader, always looking for the best solutions to the opportunities that arose. Creating the National Admin Procedures was one of the biggest projects she took on, and she did it with passion and gusto. Louella nudged me to take career opportunities that I’m not sure I would have taken but for her, and her support meant a lot to me.
Take comfort in how proud she was of her family, and how deeply loved you all were. We know her stories will be plentiful, and probably hilarious.
Rest easy Louella, we will miss you, but we will never forget you.
Karen and Mike

To Gary and family, please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. My heart is so sad for all of you...I first met Louella when she came to Moncton to train me on the new system which was CFC and this was many years ago...As they say it was love at first sight for me as she was so enthusiastic about the new system and I thought oh my gosh I can't do this, however with her encouragement and her compassion and patience I actually became an expert with this system. She was such a wonderful person and I respected her and loved her a lot...When I retired in 2019, she messaged me to see how I was doing. This is the kind and caring person she was...Gary you may or may not remember me, however, I remember when we met in Calgary at a supper and I was with Lynn Roy and Kathy O'Brien and I remember saying to Louella how handsome and nice her husband was. This is such a tremendous loss for all of you...You are in my thoughts and prayers...
Louella look over Gary and your children and grandchildren

Take good care, Skogberg family. You are in my heart and thoughts... I'm so sorry for your loss.

Gary and family,
We will remember Louella as the beautiful person she is in this gorgeous picture. We had so many good times together from our time at The Cooperators, from Regina Octoberfests, house warming parties, camping outings in Alberta to suppers followed by card nights in the last year. She was so full of life, loved gatherings of all kind, loved doing so much for all she met, loved to laugh and smile.....that is what I will remember about her the most....that smile and her laugh and her big love for family and friends. We will miss you Louella..........
