Condolences
I was so sad to hear of Garth's passing. From my late teens until I left Calgary, we were great buddies. Garth was a true friend, a ton of fun and felt music to his toes. We danced a lot. I still can't hear Tom Petty or Bruce Springsteen without thinking of him and I always tap my ice cubes in his honor.
My deepest sympathies to the whole Wenc family. He was such a kind soul.

Very sad to hear about Garths passing. Garth was a good friend back in our younger days. We had a lot of good times together working at Sunnyside greenhouse, travelling to Europe, or as roommates back in the college days. Garth was that friend you could rely on or call any time and he would be the first to help out.
Condolences to the Wenc family for your loss.
So very sorry to hear of Garth’s sudden passing, he had a smile for you always, I don’t ever remember seeing him without a smile. Girls your Dad will always be in your hear, may God be with you during this very difficult time. He will be missed by all whom he touched
I grew up down the street. Man, he was tough and fun. He had a hell of a slap shot! The world will miss him.
I’m so sorry for your loss. I knew Garth for a little while in high school. He dated my sister, Alanna. I’ll always remember Garth’s infectious, broad smile and easy laugh.
We knew Garth in his best years as a fun loving neighbour on Woodborough Crescent. He was great with our boys even giving Rob his first job. We will remember him for his kindness and great smile. The Pilley’s
