I had the pleasure of bowling with Ron over 35 years ago when I first moved to Calgary. More recently I have been playing Facebook games with Ron and his sisters Linda, Janice, and Cathy (called a clan). We had a group Messenger going for Slotomania discussions and most of the time Ron would come into the Messenger WITH ALL CAPS!! Janice would always say 'QUIT YELLING' at us! This became the running joke. Anyways, my friend Ron, my turn to yell so you can hear me way up there! YOU WILL BE MISSED BY SO MANY! I HOPE YOU ARE GETTING NOTHING BUT STRIKES AND HOLES IN ONE, REST IN PEACE RON!
I’m so sorry to hear of Ron’s passing. I can’t find the words to convey my thoughts. My deepest sympathy to Glenda, and Ron’s family during this difficult time. Rest peacefully, my friend.

My brother , my friend. The world was fortunate to have you for 61 years, heaven is blessed to have you for eternity. This is not the end of your journey but the beginning of a new one. One day we will all be together again, until then I know you will watch over all of us and make sure we are misbehaving in "DIAMOND FASHION". hehe... love you and will miss very much. Love Glenda Aubee
My sincerest condolences to Ron's family and friends. Ron was a wonderful person and will missed! Rest in Peace Ron!
I am so sorry for Ron’s passing. He and I were close friends way back when we were kids/teens. I still recall the times we spent, with our families together, target shooting, camping, the year I was walking with Ron, my dad, and…one other during hunting season. Ron and I got a little turned around and hitched a ride with a warden back to the car. I didn’t know until he found me on Facebook last year that we had *mutual* crushes back then, yet we were always only friends. See you later, my friend.
Deepest condolences to Ron's family and friends. Ron was a great colleague to work with and will be missed.
My deepest condolences to Ron's family. He was a great colleague and a genuinely helpful person. He will be missed.
most sincere condolences to the Diamond Family. Ron was a great guy with a great sense of humor. His time with us was cut way too short. Will sadly be missed. Prayers go out to the Diamond Family. Until we meet again, keep looking over us all.
Dan

Sad to here you have passed. Way too young. I worked with Ron for many years. He always had a smile on his face and willing to help however he could. Ron will be missed by all who knew him.
I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Ron's passing. He was a remarkable person who was well liked by everyone . We talked about what our retirements would be . Never once in my discussion did I ever think I would be saying good bye . Ron was taken too soon .
After 50 years my friend we have stayed friends. Our families were like two peas in a pod for so many years in petawawa and Calgary. I am so lucky to have known you, to of been able to call you my friend and for you to view me as your friend. I’ve been flooded with memories over and over since hearing the devastating news. I am so lucky to have had you in my life. I will miss you every day for the rest of my life. I’ll see you on the other side. You were at peace now my friend say hi to your mom and dad for me. And of course condolences to all of his family. XO
I am saddened to hear about the passing of my friend and colleague, Ron Diamond. I had the pleasure to work closely with Ron for about 4 years, which is how I initially got to know him; however I have actually known Ron and worked with him for over 14 years. Ron was such a good natured guy. He always made me laugh and we shared a lot of excellent times together. I was hoping for a lot more of these in the future. I take solace in the time we were able to spend together. Ron truly was and exceptional human being, well liked by all that knew him, and he deserved more time than was given him. There were so many things that he still wanted to do. Ron and his loved ones are in my thoughts. My heart goes out to you all in this difficult time.
