Condolences
We, the Fitzpatrick family, have only recently learned of Anne's death, and extend belated sympathy to the family. So many memories have come to remind us of the many wonderful things about Anne - she was our friend in so many ways - especially her sharing her talents and knowledge and her presence whenever we needed any kind of support. In addition, she had a fine sense of humour and it was evident how much she valued family. She contributed much to St.Cecilia's parish - her strong faith being very obvious.
Wishing her family many blessings
Anne Fitzpatrick, Shelley, Sandra and Carolyn
Dearest Alex, Lori and Diane,
I offer my deepest condolences on the passing of your Mom, Anne. She was without a doubt kind, generous, constantly curious and decent. Anne managed to get people to like her almost immediately, a rare quality. I grew up, with Alex around your family, and always enjoyed our visits, when we made it back to Calgary, such visits where an essential "to do". She was so very proud of her family, of you all. She also had her share of challenges, Darcy's illness and premature death was a profound loss, yet she managed to meet every bump in life's road as few ever do. I think of her often. Anne was also a very faithful person, involved in all manner of parish activity, even helping with my marriage to Val. Everyone should know or have a Anne in their life, I'm sincerely glad I did. May your mom's kindness and warmth be the memory you always hold of her. For Anne, I can imagine that only paradise awaited her and she managed the transition to what follows with godspeed. Strength and love to you all.
