Obituary of Brenda Cachero

Brenda Cachero beloved wife of Benjamin Cachero of Calgary, AB, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at the age of 55 years.

Brenda was born in Quezon City, Philippines on September 21, 1966. She graduated from the University of the East, Philippines with a degree in Dieticians. She worked as an administrator at Tom Baker Hospital in Calgary, AB. Brenda accomplished much through her life and was particularly proud of bringing her family to Canada. Brenda enjoyed Volleyball. Brenda’s most memorable vacation was when she went to Toronto at the age of 52 years.

She will be most remembered for her smile, laugh and loud sneezes.

Besides her loving husband Benjamin, Brenda is survived by her daughter, Bernyxe Cachero; and her two sons, Jared and Jairon Cachero. Brenda is also survived by her two brothers, Ricky Villanueva, wife Sonia Villanueva of Toronto, ON and Billy Villanueva, wife Edith Villanueva of the Philippines; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Brenda was predeceased by her parents, Brigida Villanueva and Conrado Villanueva; as well as her grandparents, Isabela Rubante and Juan Rubante.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel of The Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB) on Friday, July 29, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel of The Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB), on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed here.
